The location was unique and super, close enough to a hillside high above and across the lake from the town of Ioannina, and perfectly cooked and easily accessible.

The hotel is perfectly situated on a hill, offering stunning views of the lake and the city of Ioannina. It gives you a feeling of being on top of the world. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with attention to detail that ensures a comfortable stay. The large bathrooms are an added bonus. The staff at this hotel goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of. The owners and their daughters treat you like friends, offering valuable advice and assistance throughout your stay. The breakfast provided at this hotel is simply incredible. With a wide variety of homemade local items, it caters to all tastes. The view from the breakfast area is breathtaking, adding to the overall experience.

The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast with an incredible view of the sunset is a feast for all tastes, with homemade local items.

Spent Easter in a lovely boutique hotel with a stunning view of the lake. The owners were friendly and welcoming from the start. They even gave us homemade breakfast which was absolutely delicious! We loved the cozy rooms and the comfortable bed which ensured we had a good night's sleep. Location was great too, just a 15-minute drive from the city and very peaceful, perfect for relaxation.

Honestly, there were no bad experiences. We had such a peaceful and relaxing time that we didn't find anything not to like.

The beautiful room decorations and picturesque view from the balcony gave us a unique experience. We enjoyed homemade breakfast with fresh baked bread and marmalades from fresh fruits; the kind daughter of the owner also provided helpful information for our city trip. We were delighted with the warm welcome and sweet treats.

While the wide shower was impressive, the only available hand shower head was not convenient. the hotel's parking area was inconveniently located and required many stairs to reach the room.

Not only was the hotel clean and well-maintained, but it also had exceptional facilities including a lovely terrace where we could relax and enjoy homemade sweets. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with homemade, local specialties, and freshly cooked items. The staff's hospitality made us feel pampered and welcomed.
